Real Estate Market is its worst in 10 years, some says in 30 years. Others claimed that it's the worst since Christopher Columbus landed in Japan (That's right, Mr. Columbus thought he reached Japan, and was excited to meet the great Khan--the Mongolian Ruler whose domain reached to eastern Europe) more than 500 years ago.
Well--the market is BAD! Really? Bad for who? Maybe bad for some, but it's really great for many others. Like for investors (YOU Maybe?).

Donald Trump said that "There is NO better time than right now to snap up cheap real estate. You won't see market conditions this profitable for another 50-70 years!"

And also, this is the BEST time for first time buyers in many, many years. Many of my clients thought they would never own homes in Southern California, and are enjoying the great American dream.
